Our Pilates philosophy is based on Pilates principles, not exercise repertoire alone. As Polestar Pilates qualified practitioners we combine anatomy, physiology, bio-mechanics and motor control with scientific research in orthopaedics, sports medicine and movement science to create programmes that suit the specific needs of the individual. From elite athletes to rehabilitation, pre and post-natal and diastasis recti healing, and every body who wants to move better, feel better and improve their posture to look better too.
We have a regular timetable of classes to join throughout the week, or book in for private sessions at a time that suits you.
The most accessible way to practice Pilates under tuition and for continued practice at home. We offer two types of mat-based classes - Align and Energise.
PRE AND POST-NATAL
Specialist classes to support your body through pregnancy, help you prepare for birth and to reconnect you with your post-natal body (and pelvic floor!)
PILATES REFORMER AND CHAIR
We use a range of Pilates equipment, including the reformer and chair in our private sessions to ensure your movements are supported or challenged in the way that suits you.
