My 5 favourite holiday workouts for strength, posture and positive energy
I filmed this month’s Pilates at Home classes whilst visiting family in the USA, so they’re poolside! The five new classes include some of my favourites for getting ready for a holiday and taking away with you.
We focus on nourishing our bodies with strength and positive energy and improving posture. I take my overball with me on holiday, so there’s a class on my favourite overball moves. We’ll work the whole body this month, but there’s also a bonus session tuning into the glutes and working them. Why? Because they’re the biggest muscles in our body and they support our spine and act as a secondary core!
