Beginner Reformer | *Monday 9:30 am | Friday 12 pm

Strengthen, lengthen, and move with precision. This 4-person class gives you focused guidance, hands-on support, and a tailored approach to your body’s needs. Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and refine your technique.
 

*Note: Our Monday 9.30am Reformer class is a new addition to our expanding timetable and is currently running as a 6-week course. Get in touch if you’re interested in joining.

Intermediate Reformer | Friday 1.30 pm 

A group reformer class with 4 participants using the reformer to lengthen and strengthen your body whilst focusing on your breathing and coordination.

These classes are suitable for those who are injury-free and with Pilates experience.

Who are these classes for?

Our Reformer classes are ideal for those who are mostly pain-free and comfortable with:

  • Lying on your back, side, or front

  • Getting on and off the floor with ease

  • Bearing weight on hands and knees

If you're navigating perimenopause or menopause, this class is especially beneficialβ€”we love supporting you through movement that feels good.

We believe consistency is key so offer these classes as a 5-class pack or a single class pass if your schedule means you cannot attend weekly.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Get in touch to book a 1:1 if you’ve never done any Pilates before. This introduction will help you get familiar with the equipment, movements, and language of Pilates so you feel confident stepping into class.

  • Yes! But first book a Saturday morning 40-minute Reformer Initiation Sessions, where you'll learn the essentials and have the opportunity to ask any questions.

  • Reformer classes can vary widely between studios. To ensure you're in the right class for your experience level, we suggest booking an Initiation Session or 1:1 first.

  • If you have an injury, a group class may not be the best place to start. We recommend booking private 1:1 sessions first, followed by our Pilates Gym classes, where we create a tailored program for you.

    • Single class pass: Β£24 (valid for 30 days)

    • 5-class pack: Β£110 (valid for 6 weeks)

  • Yes! If a class is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a space opens up.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be charged in full.

  • We find that consistency is key with any new endeavour and in order for your teacher help you to progress we suggest committing to a weekly class.

  • Comfortable clothing you can move freely in with no zips or metal fastenings. A pair of grip socks is also a good investment; we sell a great range from Move Active.

  • Pilates is an unregulated industry, which means training quality can differ.

    At Lauren Hilton Pilates, all of our teachers have completed at least 12 months of rigorous training, are fully insured, and are committed to ongoing professional development. We modify and adapt sessions to ensure every individual gets the best experience possible.
