4 new Pilates classes, plus a bonus class for stiff backs for you, this July
This month we focus on nourishing our bodies with strength and positive energy and improving posture. As in all our classes, we’ll work the whole body, but there’s also a bonus session to help undo the negative effects of screen work on our bodies. Why? Because rounded shoulders and head forward posture makes it hard to breathe, weakens the spinal muscles and creates muscular imbalances.
Also, following client requests, we’ve included a beginner’s class, and we'll start to build a beginners category in our Pilates At Home library for those of you wanting to start from the basics or to remind yourself of your Pilates foundations.

Strength Class
We’ll focus on building overall body strength in this intermediate class.

The Anti-Screen Class
The glutes are the muscles of our bum and they are the largest and strongest in our body. Having strong glutes helps to relieve pressure in the lower back, can help improve your posture and prevent injury. A great class to incorporate regularly into your practice.

The Beginners’ Class
Starting with the basics of Pilates. This a class for a complete beginner or if you’d like to remind yourself of the fundamentals.

If you’ve ever woken up with a stiff back, slept on a dodgy mattress or feel stiff from gardening this is the class for you. Use it anytime your back needs some extra love!
