As we reach December, I’m sure everyone's time is limited, more parties, more preparation, gift buying....the 'to do' lists get longer for many of us.  I have held this in mind, I wanted you to enjoy your monthly classes still but with less of a time commitment, so all classes are 35 minutes or less so you can still fit in your practice.
