Strength with the Overball
This 40-minute full-body class is all about strength. Using a fully inflated overball, we’ll release tension, improve breathing, challenge coordination, build core stability, and create strength from head to toe. Expect to finish feeling both grounded and energised.
30-minute Leg Focus
This session is all about the legs and all the muscles that interact with the legs, exploring how the feet and hips interact to support movement, balance, and strength. A great class for bringing awareness to the whole lower body
30-minute Hip Focus
The perfect reset after a long car journey or a day at the computer. This class begins with gentle hip-opening movements to release tension before shifting into strength work to build stability and support. A great way to restore balance in the body after too much sitting.
12-minute Pelvic Floor Restore
Like any muscle, the pelvic floor can become tight, which can cause aching in the buttocks, painful sex and restrictions in the hips. In this short, targeted session, we’ll focus on releasing tension and tightness in the pelvic floor, helping to ease discomfort. This is an ideal class for supporting pelvic health, especially during menopause or perimenopause.
