March Pilates At Home Classes: Tension Relief, Strength & Full-Body Flow
Pilates At Home relieves tension, builds strength and energises your body, whenever you need it.
This March, refresh your Pilates routine with four new Pilates At Home classes designed to relieve tension, build strength, and energise your body.
Ease tightness in your upper body with Relieve Tension with Props, a posture-focused session using a foam roller and resistance band.
For a quick energy boost, try the 25-minute Uplifting Flow, an intermediate standing-to-mat sequence that emphasises mobility and strength.
Target your core in the 20-Minute Side Line Series, or focus on your lower body, from your feet to your glutes, with Lower Body Focus, using a massage ball for added release. Whatever your goal, these sessions will support your journey to a stronger, more mobile you!

In this class, we focus on opening the upper back, chest and shoulders—an osteoporosis and osteopenia-friendly class.
