Challenge your core with a quick 25-Minute Intermediate Class or enjoy the added resistance of an Intermediate Overball Class. For those looking to focus on stability, the Pelvis and Hips Class offers a gentle yet effective way to support deep core engagement. Meanwhile, the Shoulders and Upper Back Class targets posture and is the perfect workout for desk-based lifestyles.
