Warm up for summer with these 4 short and spicy Pilates classes

Four new classes hit the Lauren Hilton Pilates At Home platform from 1 May, each designed to give you shorter (and spicier!) challenges that can easily fit into a busy week.

There’s a glutes-focused class which just takes 16 minutes and a 10-minute class for a strong and toned back; both classes could be done a couple of times per week to get the most benefit! 😉

You’ll also find a class to help improve balance and coordination; this is an osteoporosis-friendly class. Plus, I’ve created an intermediate class building up to The Twist. I hope you love these new Pilates sessions!

Finding the Twist - an intermediate class

One of the more challenging of the advanced Pilates repertoire we’ll build up to finish the twist. Expect to use your whole body. An intermediate class.

17-minutes to Improve Balance & Coordination

Work on your balance and coordination by building strength and stability in your feet and hips and improve your proprioception (awareness of where your body is in space). Osteoporosis-friendly class.

16-minute ALL of the Glutes

Working on glute strength and support. Good for everyone!

10-minute Pilates for a Strong and Toned back

Improve posture and tone in the upper back. The perfect antidote to sitting at a desk and for rounded forward shoulders or neck pain.
