New November Pilates Classes Now Available!
We’re excited to introduce a fresh lineup of Pilates video classes designed to strengthen, stretch, and support your body in all the right ways. This month, we’ve curated a selection of sessions focusing on the spine, hips, arms, and overall mobility.
Whether you’re looking to challenge your strength with our Intermediate Spine Flow, focus on releasing tight muscles in Stretch and Release, or tone your arms with Arms on the Roller, there’s something for everyone. With no equipment needed for most classes, it’s easier than ever to fit a session into your day, wherever you are. Let’s keep moving together!

Intermediate Spine Flow
In this session, we’ll move our spine in all directions with some challenges to build strength and resilience.

A class designed to make your hips feel amazing, starting with release and finishing with a little strength.

Short & fiery arms on the roller
This is a short and fiery 15-minute arm sequence on the foam roller. If you don’t have a roller, roll up a bath towel as a substitute. This is an osteoporosis-friendly class.
