October Video Class Launches: Energise, Strengthen, and Master the Pilates Fundamentals

October is a period of change, so as we watch the leaves fall toward winter, consider it time to refocus and energise our Pilates practice. This month's classes are designed to help you build strength, reconnect with the fundamentals, and enjoy the benefits of short, powerful Pilates sessions that fit easily into your routine.

Whether you're revisiting the basics with a beginner-friendly flow, boosting your energy with a resistance band, or challenging yourself with an intermediate strength builder, these classes offer something for everyone.
