New Pilates flows to stretch, strengthen, calm and build bone for July 2024
This month you'll find a strength and stretch class using both the ball and the band. I've created two flow classes one and of these is a more classical flow and the other one a calming somatic flow, designed to create calm and to regulate your nervous system and finally a bone blast using the band and some weights. I hope you enjoy the classes and that they help support you on your wellbeing journey.

Stretch & Strength
