No jokes this April Fool’s, just 4 new Pilates classes to improve your everyday mobility and alignment

April Fool’s Day may be full of hoaxes, but the positive impact of Pilates on your practical day-to-day movement is no joke!

From 1st April, we've got a great class to help you mobilise from head to toe, a 45-minute class to get everything moving!

There are also the ‘Pilates non-negotiables’; this is a class in which I’ve combined all the exercises that are my go-to’s time and again - think of it as your ‘Pilates maintenance class’, if we are short of time or have fallen out of practice.

You'll also find a class based upon alignment, a fundamental in Pilates because if we have optimal alignment we'll find the most ease and engage the correct muscles.

Finally, what better way to spend a Sunday (or any day for that matter!) than with a ‘Slow and Intense burn with the Pilates overball’! Enjoy this month's classes!

20-min Pilates non-negotiables

Those Pilates non-negotiables that keep our backs feeling good and free from aches and niggles.

Prop: block or cushion for side-lying

Focus: Back care, Flexibility, Mobility

Head-to-Toe mobility

A 40-minute Pilates class that does exactly as it says in the title. We’ll move through all the body, including the small joints in the toes!

28-minute Sunday Morning slow and intense with the overball

Could be a Sunday or even any day of the week, this class is a slow burn.

Align Your Body

We will create an ideal alignment for the correct muscles to fire. It is the perfect class for ironing out imbalances and preventing injury.
