5 new Pilates At Home workouts for spine and strength
April is here, and the clocks have sprung forward which means that winter is over we get longer days and hopefully this means more sunshine! Yippee!
I have curated another brand new workout Planner for you this April, I have considered Good Friday and Easter Sunday so that if (like me) you're rather partial to extra choccy you can de-bloat with a bloating release class! As usual, each class is varied in length so you can fit the classes into your week, I have included a variety of props (this month you have a weights class and a resistance band one). I have also included a couple of Sunday meditations which you can choose to do on the dates I have suggested or do them weekly, these are here to calm and restore and aid restful sleep ready for the week ahead.
This dedication to your Pilates practice will radiate into all aspects of your life and full body health is what Joseph Pilates wanted for all of his students.
