Spring has fully sprung which means our days finally feel longer which means more time to get out in nature, for that glass of wine in the garden or to plan more movement into our lives!

May is the month of International Pilates Day on Saturday 6th May. It’s a day when the worldwide Pilates community celebrates the work of movement pioneer, Joseph Pilates!

To celebrate International Pilates Day at LHP, I’m delighted to share with you our NEW look workout planner (pictured) which this month we’re giving away for FREE to you!

It's had a makeover and is now designed week-by-week, as an interactive file. You can save it to your device, and access your class with one click*, making it even easier to move your body whenever you can!


(*you'll need to log in to your Pilates At Home member account of course!) 


The planner is designed to tailor your Pilates workout to give you a balance of workouts that all have a different focus, use different props, or work different muscle groups. It assumes 3 classes per week, which is around 90 minutes of Pilates, but feel free to tailor it to the days in your week that work best for you and if you can only fit in 2 classes that’s fine too; let it work for you!


Sunday meditations are there to help you reset for the week ahead and aid in a restful sleep. I hope you love it.


New Pilates At Home classes for May 2023

Release to create heat

Slowing down to release the inner knee and thigh with a ball is a great way to find more ease in the lower back hips and pelvis. We’ll add some heat toward the end.

Strong Glutes

The glutes are the muscles of our bum and they are the largest and strongest in our body. Having strong glutes helps to relieve pressure in the lower back, can help improve your posture and prevent injury. A great class to incorporate regularly into your practice.

Creating movement & energy with the band

Using the band is a great way of finding more freedom in our joints. Feel the warmth, energy, and buzz using the band in this class.

16-Minute Energetic Flow

Starting in standing we will move fluidly through the spine and load the shoulders and arms with lots of weight-bearing.
