I wanted to share the 5 new classes coming to LHP At Home this August! As well as this, LHP At Home members have access to over 160 full classes.

The planner includes 2 classes per week and up to 50 minutes of Pilates a week. Using your mat as well as some props, we’ll keep you feeling strong, flexible and balanced both inside and out.

Our Beginners Series is now included within our Pilates At Home membership for those new to Pilates, but also for those who would like to refresh their Pilates foundations at any time. 

You’ll feel as if we’re in the room with you as we guide you step-by-step through the movements to build your connection, understanding and confidence in each Pilates movement we do together.

Starting with a ball to release the feet we’ll work on strengthening the feet and ankles and lower leg to improve balance at the end.

Balancing out the imbalances

We’ve all got them and none of us are symmetrical. Often these imbalances occur due to repetitive movements for example in a sport where we may only rotate and use one side of the body or they happen due to our position sitting at a desk.

Sometimes imbalances are just there and that’s the way it is, but sometimes those imbalances can lead to aches, pains or injuries. In today’s class, our focus will be on ironing our imbalances to restore balance.

Bonus Class: 10-Minute Arms

Using a set of 1kg weights we’ll work on arm and shoulder strength. Using weights is a great way of building bone density and muscle mass.
