How do I access the videos?
Once you’ve signed up and completed your purchase of the bundle, you’ll automatically receive a link to the download. You will download the video classes in a single .zip file format, which is suitable for desktop computers or laptops. This is a 8.5GB file and may take a little while to download depending on your internet speed.
How long can I keep them once I’ve signed up?
From point of purchase you have 24 hours to access the download link, but once you have downloaded them, you can keep them for as long as you find them useful. Please respect the copyright and efforts put into providing this service and do not share the videos with anyone else.
Who owns the videos and the copyright?
The copyright ownership of all Lauren Hilton Pilates video content, live, streamed or downloaded, remains with Lauren Hilton.
How do the videos play? What device will they play on?
The videos are in .mp4 format and should play in your media player on any device that supports .mp4 format videos.
