Seated Pilates At Home Class

This class is designed for anyone who has trouble lying down on their back and transitioning into different positions whilst on the floor. Maybe you have joint issues, or a neurological condition, such as Parkinson’s or dizziness when on the floor.

All the exercises in this class have a practical application in mind and translate easily into daily life so that you can walk up and down stairs more easily, get up from a chair without back pain, open jars, and containers, and prevent the risk of falls.

For this class, you’ll need a broom handle, a long resistance band, a soft Pilates overball, and a small ball like a tennis ball.

How do I access the video?

Once you have purchased the item in the shop, after checkout you will have immediate access to download the PDF file that gives you the link and password to access your Seated Pilates Class. After this, you will receive two emails, one is your purchase confirmation for your reference, and the second will also contain the PDF file link. This individual class is accessible for as long as you need it. We suggest you save the PDF for future easy access.

Who owns the videos and the copyright?

The copyright ownership of all Lauren Hilton Pilates video content, live, streamed or downloaded, remains with Lauren Hilton. This individual Seated Pilates class is sold separately to the Pilates At Home monthly membership subscription.
