This month in Lauren Hilton Pilates At Home, you’ll find a class to offer yourself some soothing stillness, a class to slow down, breathe and simply tune into your body’s intuition. You also have a mobility Pilates flow, a quick stretch class for when you’re short of time and a class to help unwind shoulder tension.

Calm and Slow
Grounding ourselves on the mat we’ll move very slowly, taking the time to feel and sense whilst we move. A restful class to destress, calm anxious minds and help build our mind-body connection.

25-minute Stretch Pilates
We’ll use the band and a rolled-up towel to open and stretch areas of the body where we may feel restricted. Think hamstrings, hip flexors and the chest.

Moving fluidly from one movement to the next, our focus will be mobility.

Our shoulders can carry a lot of strain both physically and mentally. In this class we’ll release tension in our shoulders.
