I have held this in mind, I wanted you to enjoy your monthly classes still but with less of a time commitment, so all classes are 35 minutes or less so you can still fit in your practice. Is Pilates the same as Yoga? This is the number one question I get asked when I tell people that I am a Pilates teacher! Whilst there is cross over between the two movement methods they are very different, yoga originates from India where as Pilates origins are a little more recent.
