We warmly welcome all levels to practice Pilates with us in our peaceful Shrewsbury studio, and we’ve made it easy for you to choose Pilates whatever your experience level, life stage, schedule, or aspirations. Lauren and the team will support and encourage you where you are, as you are.

  • Before you join a class with us, we recommend you take our Beginners Pilates 5-week in-studio course as the perfect introduction for anyone new to Pilates.

  • Boost injury recovery, reconnect your mind and body or work on personal targets; whatever you need Lauren will support you one-to-one.
