5 new Pilates classes to nourish your body and soul this Autumn

On location!

Some of the October classes were filmed on location in the South of France, I like to film whilst I’m away as I like to practice outside, the sounds of nature and life happening in the background are also fun too! I hope you enjoy this change of scenery.

As we head into October and the change of seasons our energy and our intentions often change. As the nights draw in and we feel more of a chill in the air why not roll out your mat, put on some snug and comfortable clothes and enjoy some Pilates, not only will it feel good for your body but it will nourish your soul too. Enjoy!

Falling is a cause of distress, pain, injury, loss of confidence, loss of independence and mortality. Source
