Spring into March empowered, energised, and strengthened with these new Pilates classes

I’ve recently read and listened to a few Podcasts around bone density as we age; the main take-home is that we need to be lifting and loading our muscles and bones much more than we think.

So, this month I’ve filmed a new class using light weights which is also osteoporosis-friendly. On top of this, you have some of my favourite foam roller tension releasers as well as a daily morning energising class and a class to give your lower back and hips some TLC.

I hope you love the classes.
