I believe Pilates is a true gift we give ourselves and that your Pilates practice is just that, it is a practice and not a destination. I encourage you to be curious, to listen to your body, to be open to the ever-changing movement possibilities, to breathe deeply and with gratitude and to inwardly smile, you have given yourself this time to honour your body and your wellbeing.
Knowing we have just come out of a busy time of year, I've designed this month’s classes with more focus towards flexibility as we may have fallen out of our usual routines and may feel a little more stiff and sluggish than usual.

Move, breathe, and feel strong and centred after this full-body intermediate class.

20-minute Pilates foot and leg work
Using a long medium resistance band, we’ll replicate footwork and feet in straps from the reformer series. A great lower body workout!

25-min tennis or Franklin ball Pilates release class
