A month of varied classes!
We all likely get busier from November into December with the start of the build-up into the festive season. Whilst we might have more commitments socially this can also be a stressful time of the year for many of us, taking time out for ourselves to do one of our Breathe, Restore & Release classes or to try this month's TLC self-hug class for well-being, may be just what you need to feel more grounded.
